Repository metrics are context, not quality scores. Active installations measure adoption and can strongly reflect a plugin’s age and historical popularity. Ratings, recent updates and “Tested up to” metadata also do not guarantee modern code, error-free operation, security, feature completeness or suitability for a particular site. Why active installs don’t tell the whole story →
WP PlugIndex currently records Admin Right Click Menu version 1.3 as active, updated 10y ago and tested up to WordPress 4.6.
Overview
About this plugin
Useful for websites where the default Admin Toolbar is not fitting well into the design. Many website owners/clients show the their website to their customers from laptops that are also used for administration of the website and thus the experience is ruined by the black toolbar right in the top.
g. ‘Edit Page’ – just in a small fly-out menu. The menu is initially hidden but is activated by right clicking on user-defined element(s) on the website.
