Repository metrics are context, not quality scores. Active installations measure adoption and can strongly reflect a plugin’s age and historical popularity. Ratings, recent updates and “Tested up to” metadata also do not guarantee modern code, error-free operation, security, feature completeness or suitability for a particular site. Why active installs don’t tell the whole story →

WP PlugIndex currently records Media Libraries version 0.9.3 Beta as active, updated 14y ago and tested up to WordPress 3.2.

Overview

About this plugin

WARNING: This project is still in development and is not quite ready for production use. Please install at your own risk.

With Media Libraries, you can manage multiple library shelves of your current media, keeping track of when you’ve last used them, and how often you have used them. g. a book you once read for school/work but also once read separately for fun), this is also possible.

Users can also provide their own reviews, and library admins can flag reviews as official site reviews to differentiate them from other reviews.

Media Libraries is a complete rewrite of the Now Reading series of plugins ( Rob Miller’s Now Reading plugin, Ben Gunnink’s Now Reading Reloaded plugin, and Zack Ajmal’s Now Watching plugin ). 6 and below should either upgrade or use Rob Miiller’s original plugin. 9 should use the Now Reading Reloaded plugin.

Requirements: PHP5 with SimpleXML and SOAP libraries. In very few cases will these not be met automatically.
