Give each variation its own pricing type and tiers — for example, Small T-shirt 5+ = $8 and Large T-shirt 5+ = $10 — instead of one set of tiers for the whole product. The product page table switches when a variation is chosen, and the cart, checkout and shop-page prices follow.
