InventoryBridge connects your WooCommerce store to Zoho Inventory so you can easily send orders and refunds to your accounting software. With a single click from the WooCommerce order screen, InventoryBridge creates a confirmed sales order in Zoho (which commits the stock), creates or matches the customer contact, and applies the right tax. If you currently copy WooCommerce orders into Zoho Inventory by hand, this plugin removes that job entirely. Why InventoryBridge Stock that accounts for committed units. Zoho reports three different quantities per item. Most integrations push “stock on hand”, which still counts units already promised to a confirmed sales order — so your storefront sells them twice. InventoryBridge uses available stock by default, and the Health screen shows all three figures side by side so you can see exactly why WooCommerce says 5 while Zoho’s item page says 8. It tells you what will break before you turn it on. Mismatched SKUs are the single most common reason a Zoho integration silently fails. The Pre-flight screen lists every product that will not match, says why — no SKU, not in Zoho, duplicated in Zoho, stock not managed — and what to do about each one. A safety buffer for multi-channel sellers. If the same Zoho stock also feeds Amazon, eBay or a physical shop, hold back a number or percentage of units so two channels cannot both sell the last one. It notices when someone edits stock by hand. Zoho stays the source of truth, but instead of a staff member’s correction vanishing without trace, you get a log entry and a Health warning naming the product and both figures. It warns before an order oversells. If a WooCommerce order asks for more units than Zoho can actually ship, the order is flagged on the order screen and in the log — the sale still reaches Zoho rather than being silently refused, because the customer has already paid. Your credentials never leave your site. InventoryBridge talks directly from your server to your own Zoho Inventory organization, using a Zoho application you create and own. Nothing is proxied through our servers, and the plugin contains no telemetry, no analytics and no phone-home of any kind. GST that is actually correct, not approximated. Place of supply is derived from the billing state, then CGST/SGST or IGST is chosen per order. Union territories, reverse charge, and the difference between nil-rated, exempt and zero-rated supplies are all handled distinctly. HSN/SAC codes ride along on every line. It adapts to your Zoho plan’s API limits. InventoryBridge knows what each Zoho Inventory plan allows and paces itself inside that budget, so it stays fast on higher plans and stays safe — never rate-limited, never suspended — on the free one. Nothing is ever silently lost. Every sync runs through a queue with de-duplication, automatic retries with backoff, and permanent-versus-temporary error classification. A reconciliation pass then sweeps for anything a missed webhook or failed job left behind and re-queues it. It runs alongside BooksBridge. Zoho’s own WooCommerce integration connects to Zoho Books or Zoho Inventory — not both at once. InventoryBridge and BooksBridge are separate plugins with separate connections, so you can run accounting and inventory together without either one double-processing the same order. This connection is essential to the plugin’s purpose and is made only to the Zoho organization you authorize. Service: Zoho Inventory API — the regional endpoint you select (for example https://www.zohoapis.in/inventory/v1 ) and the matching Zoho accounts domain for authentication. When it is used: when you authorize the connection, and thereafter whenever an order, product, customer or stock level is synced. What is sent: the order, customer, product and tax data required to create the corresponding Zoho Inventory records — for example customer name, billing address, email, order line items, prices and tax amounts — together with your OAuth access token.
