Beast Invoices Pro is an add-on to the Free plugin. It adds online payment gateways, recurring billing, and financial reporting for merchants who want to accept and track payments automatically.

Pro features include:

  • Stripe Checkout gateway with automatic webhook confirmation and test/live mode switching.
  • PayPal Checkout gateway with sandbox/live mode and webhook event verification.
  • WooCommerce gateway routing, using any active WooCommerce payment method with no extra credentials.
  • Recurring billing: turn any invoice into a scheduled billing plan with intervals, start/end dates, and automatic email delivery per cycle.
  • Pro email templates covering the full payment lifecycle (success, failed, pending, refund, recovery, recurring, and more), with dynamic variables such as gateway name, transaction ID, and receipt URL.
  • Pro Transactions log with full gateway event and webhook lifecycle tracking.
  • Payment Analytics dashboard with KPI cards, gateway performance charts, and daily activity charts.

The Free plugin remains fully functional on its own and does not require Pro. Beast Invoices Pro is a separate add-on plugin; install and activate the Free plugin first, then install and activate Pro.
