Optional card and bank payments
3. These routes are disabled until configured and enabled. Provider availability, limits, buyer verification, and supported methods depend on the provider and buyer’s region.
Using both Card2Crypto editions
This edition uses independent gateway identifiers, settings, scripts, a dashboard URL, and callback routes. 3. Global’s existing compatibility behavior lets this edition serve cryptocurrency checkout while Global continues serving its card and bank routes.
The Crypto edition retains hosted multicoin cryptocurrency checkout and a cryptocurrency-first setup workflow. Configure equivalent card routes in the edition you intend to use to avoid offering the same payment options twice.
x copies existing on-site and hosted multicoin settings once into independent settings. Original options remain intact. Existing Crypto payment callbacks remain supported for their original orders.
External services and privacy
The plugin requires the Card2Crypto payment service. org, or a merchant-configured API domain, for supported coins, rates, fees, payment addresses, hosted payment sessions, and QR codes.
On-site cryptocurrency requests send the order total and currency, selected coin and network, payout wallet, and callback URL containing the order ID and payment verification token. They do not send the buyer’s name, email, or billing address. Hosted cryptocurrency sessions send the order total, currency, configured payout wallets, and callback URL.
Enabled card and bank routes send payment information, the payout wallet, callback URL, and billing email where required by the provider. org or the configured checkout domain, where the hosted service may connect them to a payment provider.
Payment callback tokens and received cryptocurrency value are verified before completing orders. Coin logos are fetched from image URLs returned by the API. Local provider icons are used where available; custom or fallback image URLs may also be requested by the browser.
