Repository metrics are context, not quality scores. Active installations measure adoption and can strongly reflect a plugin’s age and historical popularity. Ratings, recent updates and “Tested up to” metadata also do not guarantee modern code, error-free operation, security, feature completeness or suitability for a particular site. Why active installs don’t tell the whole story →

WP PlugIndex currently records Centous Integration for Mailchimp with Contact Form 7, WPForms, Elementor Forms, and Formidable Forms version 1.1.3 as active, updated 1mo ago and tested up to WordPress 7.0.

Overview

About this plugin

When a visitor submits a supported form, the plugin can automatically add or update subscribers in your Mailchimp audience based on your feed configuration.

External services

This plugin connects to Mailchimp to send and manage audience subscriber data.

What the service is and what it is used for

Mailchimp is an email marketing and CRM platform. This plugin uses the Mailchimp API to create or update audience subscribers when supported WordPress forms are submitted.

What data is sent and when

When a supported form is submitted and a matching active feed exists, the plugin sends only the mapped field values to Mailchimp over HTTPS. This may include personal data such as name, email address, phone number, and other custom fields configured in your feed mapping.

Data is sent at the time of form submission. The plugin may also contact Mailchimp during account connection, token refresh, connection testing, and when notes are added from plugin logs.

No visitor data is sent to Mailchimp unless a form is submitted and an active feed is configured for that form.
