The plugin sends the following data to Clara Cloud:
- Your site URL (during the install handshake, so Clara can read your site)
- The site admin email address (used to bind your Clara Cloud subscription to your site)
- The email address you enter when you click Start free trial, together with your site URL, to create your free trial (sent only when you click the button)
- Your install token, to ask Clara Cloud whether your site is on a free trial, so the settings page can show the days left
- A site identifier derived from your blog ID and home URL host (used to track which sites are connected)
- Visitor conversations (only after you subscribe — visitor messages are sent to Clara Cloud for processing)
- Lead capture data (name, email, message — only when a visitor fills out a lead form in the chat)
