Repository metrics are context, not quality scores. Active installations measure adoption and can strongly reflect a plugin’s age and historical popularity. Ratings, recent updates and “Tested up to” metadata also do not guarantee modern code, error-free operation, security, feature completeness or suitability for a particular site. Why active installs don’t tell the whole story →
WP PlugIndex currently records Contrl version 1.1.0 as active, updated 1mo ago and tested up to WordPress 7.1.
Overview
About this plugin
CONTRL is a modern, web-based point-of-sale and e-commerce platform that brings sales, payments, products, and reporting together in one user-friendly solution.
With the CONTRL WordPress plugin, you can easily integrate your CONTRL online store directly into your WordPress website. Simply add a button using the block editor, and your customers can open and browse your online store in a convenient pop-up window, without leaving your website. It is a simple and efficient way to create a seamless shopping experience for your customers.
Features
Contrl pop-up block – add the button anywhere in the block editor, on pages, posts or in template parts.
Your own store URL – point the block at your CONTRL online store.
Custom pop-up title and height – control how the store window is presented on your site.
Editable button label – write the button text directly in the editor.
Uses the core button styling – the button follows your theme’s button styles, with the usual typography, spacing and alignment controls.
Use it more than once – add several buttons on the same page, each with its own settings.
Lazy loading – the store is not loaded until a visitor clicks the button, so it does not slow down your pages.
