Getting Started
Install and activate the plugin
Go to Convinex → Settings
If you don’t have a Business ID:
Click “Register & Get Business ID”
This redirects you to the registration page
Register and get your Business ID
Return to WordPress and enter your Business ID
If you have a Business ID:
Click “I Have Business ID”
Enter your Business ID
Click “Verify & Save Business ID”
Save settings
Your chatbot is now live!
