About this plugin
Workshop Bookings Lite adds a visual booking calendar to WooCommerce products. Customers choose a session or one or more months, select the number of participants and pay through WooCommerce.
- Booking calendar, weekly schedules, blackout dates and shared capacity.
- Single-session bookings and monthly participation, including multiple months in one purchase.
- English and Greek interface, selected by the WordPress locale.
- WooCommerce order APIs for both legacy order storage and HPOS.
Monthly participation is a one-time purchase of selected months, not automatic recurring billing. Configure workshop products using the standard WooCommerce product form.
Upgrade to Pro
Lite is an independently usable booking plugin. Pro is a separate paid plugin for businesses that need reminders, customer tools and more ways to manage bookings:
- Scheduled email reminders and Google Calendar links, with Apple / Outlook calendar exports.
- Customer, booking and revenue reports, including workshop performance analytics.
- Referral links and loyalty rewards issued as WooCommerce coupons.
- Attendance RSVP, cancellation notifications and reusable message templates.
- A staff booking calendar and manual bookings for phone reservations.
Pro features are not included in Lite. Compare editions, view plans and pricing on the Workshop Bookings website.
Privacy and external services
Booking information is stored with WooCommerce order items. Lite does not send booking details to an external calendar service or a central booking service. Payment processing is handled by the payment gateway configured in WooCommerce.
Existing bookings
Your bookings remain in WooCommerce orders when you update or remove the plugin. Back up your site before switching editions. Scheduled reminders and customer calendar exports are available in the separate Pro plugin.
