EU Warranty Ready helps you find missing warranty information in your WooCommerce catalogue and display the official EU legal guarantee notice and eligible GARAN labels.
Review product readiness from WooCommerce, see what needs attention, and open the product to complete its information. Free displays current product information on product pages, classic checkout, Checkout Blocks and customer order emails. It works inside WordPress without an external account or subscription.

Free and Pro
Free includes catalogue readiness, statuses in the WooCommerce Products list, the official legal guarantee notice, eligible GARAN labels and manual placement with a shortcode. It has no expiry or artificial product limit.
Pro adds saved warranty information for new orders, access to those records from the order and customer account, CSV export and additional catalogue tools. It requires an active licence. Existing product data and previously saved warranty records remain when a licence expires.
If a product’s warranty information changes, Free shows the current values. Pro keeps the information recorded with a new order at purchase time. Pro replaces Free when activated; deactivate Free before activating Pro.

Eligible GARAN details are readable without images, with a UTF-8 text copy and, when the values fit the original fields, the complete SVG label attached. SVG labels embed Inter. Durations of 10.5 and 99.5 years use horizontal fitting so the complete value remains visible in SVG and email PNG labels. Other values that cannot be rendered remain available as exact text. Delivery files are temporary and are not saved with the Free order.

The GARAN eligibility assistant is a factual configuration aid. It does not determine legal compliance and is not legal advice. Store owners remain responsible for confirming that the producer guarantee and their use of the label meet the applicable requirements.

Voluntary feedback
The optional private feedback invitation appears after 30 cumulative visible seconds on EUWR administrative screens in the current browser session. It appears at most twice per browser, at least 7 days apart. Previous opt-outs and pending cooldowns are respected.

dev/v1/free-feedback/responses, even when the optional questions are not completed. The invitation explains this before selection. A success message confirms receipt; an error offers an explicit retry.
Send details adds any selected use/goal/result choices and optional comment to the SAME response. A random response identifier, random edit token and revision prevent duplicate or stale updates; they are not installation or visitor identifiers. The receiver stores only a hash of the edit token.
No email, account, store URL, product, customer, order or licence data is added. Please do not enter personal information, store addresses, passwords or keys in the comment.
dev/v1/free-feedback/events. Only after consent, EUWR sends invitation views, form views, explicit closes and submission attempts, confirmations or errors, with the EUWR screen category and a fixed error category. Events carry independent random retry IDs and are never linked to response IDs, people or stores.
No browsing history, IP address, user agent, shop domain or written text is stored in the event database. Infrastructure providers necessarily process network requests as described in the privacy policy.
Measurement consent is stored for the current WordPress user for 180 days, can be withdrawn in the same control, and is overridden by Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. Pending events contain no answers and stay in the browser for up to 7 days (maximum 50), retrying on a later eligible page or online event. Withdrawal clears that user’s pending browser queue and blocks further event delivery at WordPress.
No pre-consent activity is sent retroactively. Clearing browser storage also clears pending events. Errors may never reach EUWR if the browser does not reconnect.
Responses and events are retained for up to 90 days; older records are deleted when feedback is received or consulted. Aggregates and optional comments appear only in the team’s private portal. Event counts represent consented actions, not unique people or all downloads.
Declining measurement or feedback never changes Free features.
