FileDeck Store Master for WooCommerce

One WooCommerce toolkit instead of a stack of add-ons: product tabs, quantity rules, discounts, lead times, checkout fields and order documents.

Repository metrics are context, not quality scores. Active installations measure adoption and can strongly reflect a plugin’s age and historical popularity. Ratings, recent updates and “Tested up to” metadata also do not guarantee modern code, error-free operation, security, feature completeness or suitability for a particular site. Why active installs don’t tell the whole story →

WP PlugIndex currently records FileDeck Store Master for WooCommerce version 3.2.0 as active, updated 2d ago and tested up to WordPress 7.1.

Overview

About this plugin

FileDeck Store Master replaces a shelf of single-purpose WooCommerce plugins with one install, one update and one control centre. Every capability is a module you turn on individually, and a module that is off registers nothing at all — no hooks, no queries, no scripts on your storefront.

What you get, free

  • Product tabs — unlimited reusable or product-specific tabs with full block content, plus rename, reorder or hide WooCommerce’s own tabs.
  • Quantity rules — minimum, maximum, step and default quantities by product or category, enforced on the product page, the basket, checkout and the Store API, with a message that tells the customer what to change.
  • Discounts — scheduled percentage or fixed-amount campaigns across products or categories, with the saving shown to the shopper. Run as many as your shop needs.
  • Lead time — say when an item will actually ship, on the shop, the product page, the basket, checkout and the order. The promise shown at purchase is recorded on the order and never changes afterwards.
  • Quick view — an accessible modal so shoppers can look at a product without leaving the listing. Keyboard-complete, focus-trapped, screen-reader labelled.
  • Product search — an accessible autocomplete over product names and SKUs, with an ordinary results page behind it.
  • Checkout fields — extra fields at checkout through WooCommerce’s own field API, shown or required by what is in the basket, so they work the same on classic and Blocks checkout.
  • Spreadsheet export — take your lead times, quantity rules, discounts or checkout fields out as a CSV and open them in a spreadsheet.
  • Extra order emails — copy additional addresses on the order emails you choose.
  • Order documents — issue a numbered invoice or packing slip. Once issued it never changes, and the customer can download it from their account.
  • Diagnostics and export — see whether FileDeck Store Master is healthy, which plugins overlap it, and take a signed, secret-free copy of your configuration away with you.

Nothing in this list is capped, timed, trial-limited or gated behind a licence.

There is no key to enter and no feature that stops working. Pro is a separate,

larger build with more modules in it — not a switch that unlocks what is already

on your site.

How it is built

  • Deterministic pricing. Every price runs through one fixed pipeline, and the admin can ask “why is this customer seeing this price?” and get each stage back.
  • One rule language. Pricing, quantity, lead time and notification rules share one set of conditions, so what you learn once applies everywhere.
  • HPOS and Blocks first. Orders are read and written only through WooCommerce CRUD; checkout fields use WooCommerce’s supported API. No DOM patching.
  • No SaaS. Your store runs on your own server. The only outside services are Freemius, which handles the upgrade to Pro, and our own anonymous usage ping, and neither sends anything unless you opt in (see External services below).
  • Your data stays yours. Uninstalling preserves your configuration by default. A purge is a separate, deliberately confirmed action.

Pro

FileDeck Store Master Pro is the same plugin with more in it, and you upgrade from inside WordPress: the plugin’s Upgrade link buys it, installs it, switches it on and switches the free copy off.

It adds twenty-five more modules to the same control centre: wholesale pricing and trade applications, purchase orders, quotes and offers, protected catalogues, product tables and a variation matrix, indexed catalogue filters, a fast cart drawer, product options with price formulas and live preview, tiered, volume and bundle discount shapes, quantity rules at variation, role and whole-basket scope, order routing, an order desk, document branding and credit notes, back-in-stock alerts, saved lists, cart recovery, opening hours, promotion analytics, configuration import and signed webhooks.

Your free configuration carries over untouched.

External services

This plugin connects to two external services, and only with your consent.

Freemius handles the upgrade to Pro and, in Pro, licence activation and updates. When you activate the plugin, Freemius asks whether you want to opt in. If you decline, nothing is sent.

If you opt in, Freemius receives your name and email address, your site’s address, and its WordPress, PHP and plugin versions, and, if you allow it, your list of plugins and themes, which it uses to send security and feature notices and to help with support. The same happens if you buy or activate Pro.

It never includes product names, prices, rule contents, customer data, URLs, emails or IP-based profiles, and uninstalling deletes the identifier. Declining or opting out of Freemius tracking disables it completely, and developers can switch it off with the storemaster/telemetry_enabled filter.
