Repository metrics are context, not quality scores. Active installations measure adoption and can strongly reflect a plugin’s age and historical popularity. Ratings, recent updates and “Tested up to” metadata also do not guarantee modern code, error-free operation, security, feature completeness or suitability for a particular site. Why active installs don’t tell the whole story →
WP PlugIndex currently records Formula04 Site Lock version 1.5.4 as active, updated 9y ago and tested up to WordPress 4.8.
Overview
About this plugin
Very simple plug that allows you to put a password-protect the front end of your site. You can also white list pages so that they are still accessible without entering the site password. You can also set any page you want to be the \”enter your password\” screen.
This is supposed to be a super simple plug, let me know if you want any features added.
