Repository metrics are context, not quality scores. Active installations measure adoption and can strongly reflect a plugin’s age and historical popularity. Ratings, recent updates and “Tested up to” metadata also do not guarantee modern code, error-free operation, security, feature completeness or suitability for a particular site. Why active installs don’t tell the whole story →

WP PlugIndex currently records Gold Price Based on Weight version 4.2 as active, updated 5d ago and tested up to WordPress 7.1.

Overview

About this plugin

Stop calculating jewelry prices by hand. Set your price per gram once, enter each product’s weight, and the plugin does the math.

Price = Metal Rate per Gram × Product Weight

Quick Example

  • Gold rate: $100/g
  • Product weight: 5g
  • Product price: $500

Gold rate goes up to $110/g? The same product automatically becomes $550. No need to edit every product.
