Display a message with or without button.
Button will open a URL in same tab or in new window.
Position the bar on top.
Can be fixed at position (Sticky Bar).
Display on Scroll option.
Display a close button for the visitor.
Set the number of seconds before auto close.
Colors are fully customizable.
