What data is sent and when:
The chat widget script is loaded from chat.helplane.io when any page on your site is viewed
When a visitor opens the chat widget, their messages are sent to HelpLane servers
For logged-in WordPress users, the following data is automatically sent to identify them:
User ID
Display name
Email address
When WooCommerce is active, additional customer data may be sent:
Order count
Total lifetime value (amount spent)
Currency
