About this plugin
Impact Connect is run by Santosh Kumar, an individual. This is his free plugin, not a government service. Place [csr_match] on a page.
Visitors select SDGs and listed focus areas to filter the available dataset. The current service contains health-related records only, including cancer and general health, mapped to SDG 3. Other SDG selections currently have no matching records; this is not an all-cause or multi-SDG matching dataset.
Cards link to the document or page behind the background evidence and show the last-checked date. Evidence can be from an earlier year. State tags describe listed focus areas, not verified eligibility.
An empty open-call list does not mean no open call exists. Check the funder’s current programme page and original source before acting.
The optional form saves contact details for the website team. The plugin does not send result emails automatically. Downloads are generated on that WordPress site.

dev/api/snapshot. WordPress filters can change these endpoints; the website operator is responsible for disclosing any replacement service.
The WordPress server requests the public list on a cache miss, caches a valid result for 24 hours and tries the fallback on failure. Failed attempts are suppressed for 15 minutes. Manual admin refresh can request it sooner.
The service sees the server IP address and ordinary HTTP metadata, including a WordPress user agent that can contain the website address. No lead-form fields or picked filters are included in these snapshot requests.
json on failure. It requests the Worker only if that status explicitly enables fallback. Static requests add the plugin version and current date, not form fields.
Browser requests expose the visitor IP address, user agent and possible Origin/Referer information, depending on browser/site policy. Cloudflare hosts the service.

The linked Terms and Privacy pages include the plugin-specific service sections, published and verified on 3 November 2026. The privacy section describes request metadata and abuse counters and states that no single retention period has been verified for all provider hosting and security records.

php. The plugin stores these in this WordPress database, not at the snapshot service. This site’s operator controls retention, backups and any other installed software.
The plugin adds suggested privacy text and WordPress personal-data export/erase by email. Deleting the plugin removes its table and options; hosting backups and browser storage are not erased by uninstall.
Browser localStorage holds a 24-hour snapshot cache, picked filters, saved card IDs and applied markers. These stay until expiry/replacement or browser/site-storage clearing as applicable. A short server-side rate-limit key uses a hash of the request IP for one minute; do not call this anonymisation.
