IndexToast is the secure connector between WordPress and your hosted IndexToast account. It progressively syncs public URL metadata, automatically sends new and updated publishing events, and keeps the connection healthy. com.

- Overview: see available units, recent submission activity, and pages that need attention.
- Submit URLs: choose Standard or Priority, review the batch cost, and keep pasted URLs when changing speed.
- History: follow submissions and Index Checker results with 20 rows per page.
- Settings: control automatic submissions, eligible content types, media indexing, and content-list controls.
- Publishing controls: submit eligible public pages from the editor and content lists.
Standard submissions and separate Index Checker requests use 1 shared Indexing unit per URL. Priority uses 20 units per URL from the same balance. The plugin is free to install; using the hosted service requires an IndexToast account with available units.

External services
IndexToast connects to the IndexToast hosted service only after an administrator chooses to connect the website. The service provides secure website connection, submission processing, status reconciliation, technical preflight checks, and account-based allowances that cannot be performed by the plugin alone.
When a site is connected, the plugin sends the public website domain, public content URLs, content identifiers, content type, title, event time, and the minimal plugin diagnostics needed to provide the service. It does not send post bodies, passwords, drafts, private posts, or password-protected content.
