Install and activate the plugin
Go to B24 Connector → Settings
Enter your Bitrix24 inbound webhook URL
Enable the integrations you need
Map your form fields to Bitrix24 fields

Log in to your Bitrix24 portal
Go to Developer resources → Other → Inbound webhook

This plugin connects to your Bitrix24 portal via an inbound webhook URL
that you provide.
Bitrix24
When a form is submitted (via Elementor, Contact Form 7, or WPForms) or
a WooCommerce order is placed, this plugin sends the relevant data
directly to your Bitrix24 portal via the webhook URL you configure in
the plugin settings.
- Data sent: form field values (name, email, phone, message, and any
mapped fields) or WooCommerce order details (products, totals,
customer info, and any mapped fields)
- When: upon each form submission or WooCommerce order creation

No data is sent to Innox Media servers. All data goes directly from
your WordPress site to your Bitrix24 portal.
