It helps store owners make the withdrawal function easy to find without replacing WooCommerce’s own request-processing engine.
The plugin automatically creates a public withdrawal form page and a returns and withdrawal policy page. The policy contains a managed link to the form, and that link stays synchronized if the form page permalink changes.
