About this plugin
Loan Officer Finder adds a loan officer search to your real estate website. Buyers can find mortgage loan officers by city or ZIP code, loan type and language, right on your site. On a property page, it can show loan officers who fit that specific home.
ai, a free, independent and lender-neutral database of US mortgage loan officers. Every fact in it has a source, such as a state regulator record or the loan officer’s own lender page. You don’t need an account or an API key.
Two ways to use it
- Search widget. A small form (city or ZIP, state, loan type, language) with results below it. It works without JavaScript, so it is fast and friendly to every theme.
- Property listing mode. Give it the home’s location, price and property type, and it shows loan officers who work with that kind of home. Condos match condo specialists, manufactured homes match manufactured home specialists, 2 to 4 unit homes match multi-family specialists, and so on. Homes priced above the conforming loan limit also match jumbo loan specialists.
Both come as shortcodes and as blocks for the block editor.
What each result shows
- Headshot, when one is available
- Full name and NMLS ID
- Lender name
- Up to 4 specialties
- Languages spoken, when known
- License status for the state being searched
- Office location
- A “View full profile” link to the loan officer’s LenDb.ai profile, where visitors can see the sources behind each fact and a link to the loan officer’s page at their lender
Phone numbers and email addresses are never shown. The plugin only links to each loan officer’s public profile.
Privacy friendly
ai. There is no tracking, no cookies, no ads and no upsells. Results are cached on your site (24 hours by default) so pages stay fast.
How results are ranked
ai ranks loan officers by evidence of the specialty you asked for, license evidence for the state, and distance to the home. No one can pay to rank higher.
