Repository metrics are context, not quality scores. Active installations measure adoption and can strongly reflect a plugin’s age and historical popularity. Ratings, recent updates and “Tested up to” metadata also do not guarantee modern code, error-free operation, security, feature completeness or suitability for a particular site. Why active installs don’t tell the whole story →
WP PlugIndex currently records markdownR version 1.1 as active, updated 9y ago and tested up to WordPress 4.7.
Overview
About this plugin
A powerful plugin to write blog in rmd format. The plugin can convert it into html in background and save the result into the server. This is excellent plugin for R/Bioconductor coder to record or share codes in wordpress.
This plugin is not easy to install. You need R installed and many the packages pre-installed. And you also need to install pandoc(need the version can handle markdown files).
