MentoTex Advanced Shop Search adds a powerful query panel inside the WooCommerce admin that lets shop managers combine filters across five categories — Orders, Customers, Products, Financial, and Time — without writing a single line of code.
The problem it solves
The default order screen only offers a basic search bar. Finding customers who bought a specific product in a date range, spent above a threshold, and live in a certain country normally requires a developer or a paid external tool. MentoTex Advanced Shop Search makes this available to any shop manager, for free, right inside wp-admin.
Key features
- Filter by product, category, SKU, coupon, and product tag
- Filter by customer country, city, state, registration date, churn risk, one-time buyer, and lifetime value
- Filter by order status, payment method, shipping method, date range, items per order, and refund status
- Filter by financial data: order total, discount, shipping cost, tax, and free shipping
- Filter by time: day of week, last order date, and activity window
