About this plugin
txt editor and IndexNow pings.
AI generation of titles, descriptions and keywords is a Premium feature (compare Free and Premium below); everything listed under Free features below works without an account.
Free features include:
- Meta title, description and focus keyword editing, with a live Google preview
- Social previews for Facebook / Open Graph and X
- XML sitemap with automatic ping on publish
- IndexNow — instant search engine notifications (Bing, Yandex, Seznam, Naver)
- Robots.txt editor
- Optional 404 logging — records which URLs are missed, and how often
- Site representation (organisation schema)
- Image Optimizer — converts your JPEG and PNG images to WebP when you upload them and in bulk, and serves the WebP version to browsers that support it. It runs entirely on your site: no account, no service, nothing is sent anywhere. Free converts up to 5 images a day; Pigeon SEO Premium has no daily limit.
- Schema.org structured data output
- Import SEO data from Yoast SEO
- Post type and taxonomy SEO settings
- SEO score column in post lists
Free vs Premium
Pigeon SEO Premium is a separate plugin that includes everything in the free one and adds AI generation, bulk tools and redirects. com service, so there is no AI provider key to obtain or enter.
