About this plugin
PixMapr Lite turns a static image into something visitors use. Draw polygon, circle, or rectangle hotspots straight on the picture, give each one a title, text, an image, or a link, and embed the result anywhere with the PixMapr block or the [pixmapr] shortcode.
No coordinates to type, no external service, no account. Everything is drawn and stored on your own site.
Free, and enough for real work:
- Unlimited interactive images — no cap, no counter.
- Unlimited hotspots per image – polygon, circle, and rectangle, traced on the image itself.
- Two layouts – an info panel beside the image, or a tooltip that follows the hotspot.
- Click or hover to open a hotspot.
- Info panels and links – a title, rich text, and an image per hotspot, or send visitors to any URL.
- Five color themes – Light, Dark, PixMapr, Suzette, and Autumn.
- Phone-friendly – a tappable hotspot list replaces hard-to-hit shapes on small screens.
- Accessible – keyboard navigation, ARIA labels, and screen reader announcements out of the box.
- Block and shortcode – works in the block editor, the Classic Editor, Divi, and any builder that renders shortcodes.
- Light on the page – serve a smaller image size than the original and lazy-load images near the viewport.
- Your own themes – five ready-made palettes, a theme builder for your own, and alternate highlight styles per image.

Privacy
PixMapr Lite does not call any external service and stores no visitor data. The only outbound links are the ones in its own admin screens.
