Repository metrics are context, not quality scores. Active installations measure adoption and can strongly reflect a plugin’s age and historical popularity. Ratings, recent updates and “Tested up to” metadata also do not guarantee modern code, error-free operation, security, feature completeness or suitability for a particular site. Why active installs don’t tell the whole story →
WP PlugIndex currently records Pluximo Form Blocks – Easy Gutenberg Contact Form Builder version 1.5.0 as active, updated 21h ago and tested up to WordPress 7.1.
Overview
About this plugin
Build contact forms inside the WordPress block editor. You do not need shortcodes or code.
Add a Form Wrapper block to a page, add the fields that you need, and publish the page. Your form is then ready to collect messages.
What you get
You build the form on the page where it shows. The editor shows the form the way your visitors see it.
Your site saves every message in your WordPress admin. You also get an email alert for each message.
Spam protection is included. You can also turn on Cloudflare Turnstile, which stops bots without picture puzzles.
Forms send messages up to 2 times faster than traditional form plugins.
Forms use the fonts, colors, and layout of your theme. They work on phones, tablets, and computers.
Visitors see a clear message right away when they miss a required field or type an email address wrong.
Do you use Elementor? Add the Pluximo Form widget to your Elementor pages, and put fields side by side in two or more columns.
Fields included
Text input: for names, subjects, company names, and other short answers.
Email: makes sure that visitors type a valid email address, so you can reply.
Phone number and website URL: for phone numbers and website links.
Message box (textarea): for longer comments, questions, or project details.
Dropdown (select): visitors pick one item from a list, for example a service or a department.
Checkboxes: visitors pick one or more options, for example a newsletter signup.
Radio buttons: visitors pick one answer, for example yes or no.
Submit button: you can change its text, style, alignment, and colors.

Why build forms in the block editor
Many form plugins make you build a form on a separate screen. Then you copy a shortcode such as [contact-form-7 id="123"] and paste it into your page. You repeat these steps each time you change a field.
With Pluximo Form Blocks, you build and change the form on the page itself. You can move fields, change placeholders, and change colors, and you see the result right away.
