About this plugin
Rapid Indexer is the official WordPress plugin for Rapid Indexer, the Google indexing service for SEOs, agencies and site owners.
Publishing a page does not mean search engines will find it soon. New posts, updated articles and WooCommerce products can wait days or weeks for a crawl. Rapid Indexer sends those URLs to search engines as soon as you publish or update them, then shows you the result in wp-admin.
Choose engines for publish and for update
Pick engines separately for “On publish” and “On update”:
- Google indexing – submit URLs to Google through your Rapid Indexer account. Turn on the VIP queue for priority Google submissions.
- Bing indexing – submit URLs to Bing.
- Brave Search Boost – send URLs to Brave Search, with optional keywords. It can use your Yoast SEO or Rank Math focus keyphrase.
- IndexNow – notify participating IndexNow search engines directly from your site. It is free and does not use Rapid Indexer credits.
Every option is off until you turn it on, so nothing spends credits by surprise.
Index and check URLs from wp-admin
- Index and Check index links on every published post, page and product.
- Bulk actions to submit or check many posts at once.
- Paste up to 200 URLs, including URLs on other sites, and submit them for indexing or an index check.
- A task list with the status of each submission, and per-post status in the editor.
- Works with posts, pages, WooCommerce products and other public post types.
Built for SEO workflows
Use it for new blog posts, refreshed content, product launches, programmatic pages, or anything else you want crawled soon. com integration, and uses the public Rapid Indexer API.
Requirements
- A Rapid Indexer account and API key for Google, Bing and Brave. Create one at rapid-indexer.com.
- IndexNow works without an API key.
Rapid Indexer submits URLs for crawling. Search engines decide whether and when to index a page. Nothing is sent until you save an API key or turn an engine on.

Rapid Indexer
php. WordPress also includes this site address in the request User-Agent. Submitting URLs spends credits on your Rapid Indexer account.

IndexNow
IndexNow notifies participating search engines that a public URL on this site has changed. It is used only when an administrator enables IndexNow and then publishes, updates, or submits a URL.
org/indexnow. txt and contains only that key. It does not send the Rapid Indexer API key, post content, account data, or visitor data.
IndexNow does not use Rapid Indexer credits.
