WP PlugIndex currently records Restricted Tags version 1.0 as active, updated 15y ago and tested up to WordPress 3.1.

This plugin changes the Post Tag UI on the Edit Post admin page to be similar to that of the Categories UI. Checkboxes for previously defined tags are presented instead of a text field.

“Tested up to” is directory metadata supplied by the plugin author. WP PlugIndex does not turn an older declaration into a claim that the plugin is incompatible.
