* What it is used for: Powers the default 1-Click Direct Messaging mode and the Storefront Customer Chat Widget. It creates deep links that open WhatsApp Web or the WhatsApp desktop/mobile app with pre-filled message text.
* What data is sent: Recipient phone number and encoded message content (customer first name, order number, store title, or product inquiry URL).
* When data is sent: Only when an admin or a storefront visitor explicitly clicks the WhatsApp action button or chat widget. No background data transmission occurs.

* What data is sent: Store Phone Number ID, WhatsApp Business Account ID, System User Permanent Access Token, recipient phone number, and template parameters (customer name, order number, cart total).
