WP PlugIndex currently records Simple Admin Language Change version 2.1.1 as active, updated 3mo ago and tested up to WordPress 7.0.
The lightweight plugin extends the default WordPress functionality (user settings in Profile) and pulls out the language selection to the admin bar so you can easily switch between them.
You can customize which languages appear in the dropdown using the salc_languages filter. See the Customization section for details.

Not yet marked as tested with WordPress 7.1. WordPress.org currently lists Tested up to 7.0.
“Tested up to” is directory metadata supplied by the plugin author. WP PlugIndex does not turn an older declaration into a claim that the plugin is incompatible.
