WP PlugIndex currently records Sk XKCD Widget version 1.2 as active, updated 16y ago and tested up to WordPress 2.9.
This plugin displays in a widget the latest image from XKCD. 0 to work with curl and dom enabled, features included in most hosting. XKCD images are under creative commons licence so you’re free to display them on your site but you can’t remove the link.
I’m in no way related to XKCD, dough i admire that guy, so i’m not responsible for the content of the website.
I did not ask permission to create this widget but as mentioned creative commons and so on.
Not yet marked as tested with WordPress 7.1. WordPress.org currently lists Tested up to 2.9.
“Tested up to” is directory metadata supplied by the plugin author. WP PlugIndex does not turn an older declaration into a claim that the plugin is incompatible.
