About this plugin
If you sell a mix of small and large products on WooCommerce you know the problem: you offer free shipping over a threshold, but when a customer buys a bulky, expensive item the system zeroes out the shipping cost — and you lose money on the freight.
Solucom Shipping Control fixes this with three simple behaviours:
Disables free shipping whenever the cart contains a product assigned to your chosen “bulky” shipping class.
Hides paid rates when free shipping is legitimately available, so the cart stays clean and the customer is not confused.
Shows a customisable notice on the product page of bulky items (title, message, position and colours — all editable from the settings, no code).
The plugin is lightweight (single file, no external services, no tracking) and fully translatable. org and is delivered automatically to Italian sites as a language pack.
How it decides what is “bulky”
