WP PlugIndex currently records Spammer Silent Treatment version 0.1 as active, updated 14y ago and tested up to WordPress 3.3.
BuddyPress uses the user_status field to classify users as spammers. Users who
are marked as spammers should not receive further email notifications from the
system.
This plugin filters the To, Cc, and Bcc fields that are passed to wp_mail().
This plugin is a beta release, and as such, is not suitable for deployment on
a production server.

Not yet marked as tested with WordPress 7.1. WordPress.org currently lists Tested up to 3.3.
“Tested up to” is directory metadata supplied by the plugin author. WP PlugIndex does not turn an older declaration into a claim that the plugin is incompatible.
