About this plugin
SPMedia Age Verification adds a full-screen age-gate popup to your WooCommerce store. ). The minimum age, the deny-redirect URL, all on-screen texts, your logo, and the popup colours are all configurable from the WordPress admin panel — no coding required.
Upgrade to Pro to go further: instead of a simple Yes/No the visitor enters their full date of birth, and the plugin computes their age against the configured threshold before granting access. ) so your pages stay indexable, and lets you scope the gate to specific WooCommerce categories or individual products rather than the whole site.
Defaults to English, ships with a Polish translation, and is fully compatible with WooCommerce. Pro is unlocked with an SP-Media license.

On “No”: customisable deny message + automatic redirect to a configurable URL after a short delay

Session-based remembering — verified visitors are not re-prompted within the same browser session

Date-of-birth entry form — computes the visitor’s exact age before granting access
Persistent cookie remembering — consent stored for a configurable number of days (default: 30)
Search-engine crawler bypass — gate is skipped for Googlebot, Bingbot, and other known crawlers so pages remain indexable
Per-category scoping — show the gate only on selected WooCommerce product categories
Per-product scoping — show the gate only on individual WooCommerce products
