About this plugin
SupportKontor answers your customers’ emails and takes actions in your WooCommerce shop on your behalf. It reads the email, does what the customer asked for, and replies:
- “Where is my parcel?” It says where the parcel is right now.
- “Can I still cancel?” It checks if the order is paid or shipped, then cancels it or says why it can’t.
- “I moved.” It changes the delivery address, as long as the parcel has not left yet.
- “How do I send it back?” It starts the return and says what to do.
- “Do you ship to Austria?” It answers from your own shop pages: shipping, payment, terms and returns. If the answer isn’t written there, the email comes to you.
Every reply is in the customer’s own language.
Order changes wait for you. For a cancellation, an address change or a return, it writes the reply and suggests the change. Nothing happens to the order until you say yes in your dashboard.
Once you trust it, you can let any of the three run on its own.
Setup
It all happens on one page in your WordPress admin:
- Connect your shop with one click. WooCommerce asks you to confirm. There are no API keys to copy.
- Forward your support mailbox. The page shows you how for Gmail, Microsoft 365, IONOS and everyone else.
- Get a sign-in link to your SupportKontor dashboard. Every reply and everything waiting for your OK is there.
What it does not do
It stores no customer mail and no order data in WordPress. It adds nothing to your shop’s pages. It never refunds money.
Parcel tracking
SupportKontor finds the tracking number on the order. It works with WooCommerce Shipment Tracking, Advanced Shipment Tracking and Shiptastic (part of Germanized). The reply says where the parcel is, for DHL, Deutsche Post, DPD, Hermes, GLS and most other carriers worldwide.

The first 48 hours
For the first 48 hours, SupportKontor writes every reply but sends none. You read them in your dashboard, next to the emails they answer. After that, it only sends what you have allowed in your dashboard.
Until you allow something, it keeps writing drafts. You can also end the 48 hours early.
What it costs
The free plan answers 50 enquiries a month. com/en/ and you upgrade in your dashboard. The plugin itself is free and stays free.
External service
com. It does nothing without that service.
When you connect, the plugin sends us your shop’s address, your shop’s name and the admin email address. WooCommerce also gives us a key that can read and change orders and customers. After that, we get the support emails you forward to us.
We read and change orders when a customer asks. For order changes, we wait for your OK first.
Where your data is: we store it on servers in the EU (Railway, in Amsterdam). Replies are written with Claude, an AI by Anthropic, which runs outside the EU. Emails are sent and received through Postmark, also outside the EU.
