WP PlugIndex currently records Thumbnail Updater version 1.0 as active, updated 16y ago and tested up to WordPress 3.0.
Thumbnail Updater does exactly what it’s name implies: it updates thumbnails. 9 introduced support for
post thumbnails but one problem is that the support is not backwards compatible—meaning that if you downloaded or created
a theme that supports post thumbnails, any images uploaded prior to the activation of that theme will not have the new thumbnail size.
Not yet marked as tested with WordPress 7.1. WordPress.org currently lists Tested up to 3.0.
“Tested up to” is directory metadata supplied by the plugin author. WP PlugIndex does not turn an older declaration into a claim that the plugin is incompatible.
