Repository metrics are context, not quality scores. Active installations measure adoption and can strongly reflect a plugin’s age and historical popularity. Ratings, recent updates and “Tested up to” metadata also do not guarantee modern code, error-free operation, security, feature completeness or suitability for a particular site. Why active installs don’t tell the whole story →

WP PlugIndex currently records TograStickyElements version 1.0.2 as active, updated 21d ago and tested up to WordPress 7.1.

Overview

About this plugin

TograStickyElements adds a modern sticky element bar to the side, top, or bottom of your website so visitors can reach you in one tap. It combines a built-in contact form, over 100 chat and social channels, QR/value panels, visitor targeting rules, built-in click analytics, and a WooCommerce product-inquiry system — all managed from a single admin workspace with a live desktop/mobile preview.

Contact form

  • Built-in AJAX contact form with configurable Name, Phone, Email, and Message fields.
  • Add extra custom fields: text, textarea, dropdown, radio, checkbox, file upload, and text block.
  • Reorder fields, toggle visibility, mark fields required, and edit labels and placeholders.
  • Optional Contact Form 7 panel — paste an existing shortcode instead of the built-in form.
  • Save submissions to the site, email them to a recipient, redirect after submit, and show a custom thank-you message.

Chat & social items

  • Over 100 ready-made channels, each with its own brand colour and locally hosted icon — click one to add it to the bar.
  • Contact and chat: call, email, SMS, fax, video call, WhatsApp, WeChat, Telegram, Messenger, Viber, Skype, LINE, QQ, Rocket.Chat.
  • Social: Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit, Mastodon, Weibo, VK, OK.ru, Meetup, Foursquare, Flipboard, Bilibili, Zhihu, Hacker News, Product Hunt and more.
  • Media and creative: Spotify, SoundCloud, Vimeo, Dailymotion, Bandcamp, Mixcloud, Deezer, Last.fm, IMDb, Goodreads, Behance, Dribbble, Figma, ArtStation, DeviantArt, Unsplash, 500px, Flickr.
  • Developer and community: GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, Stack Overflow, Stack Exchange, DEV, CodePen, Discord, Slack, Twitch, Steam, PlayStation, Xbox.
  • Business, commerce and payments: Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Shopify, Houzz, Airbnb, Trello, Patreon, Yelp, PayPal, Stripe, Alipay, Bitcoin, App Store, Google Play.
  • QR/value panels open on hover or tap, with per-item colours and icons.
  • Pick a different icon for any item from a built-in icon browser, or add a custom link item for anything else.

Display & targeting

  • Position on desktop (left/right/bottom) and mobile (left/right/top/bottom), with an on-screen Y offset.
  • Multiple tab-shape templates, widget sizes, entry effects, and font choices.
  • Show or hide by device, page rules, schedule (days/hours), traffic source, country, and a smart rule engine with condition groups.
  • Time-delay display, a minimize tab, and open-on-hover or open-on-click behavior.

Built-in click analytics

  • Track clicks on your sticky buttons with totals for today, this week, this month, and this year.
  • See most/least clicked buttons and breakdowns by device, browser, referrer, country, and page.
  • Filter by date range and dimension, and export to CSV or JSON.
  • All data is stored locally on your own site — no third-party tracking.

WooCommerce product inquiry

  • Add product-page inquiry buttons that automatically capture product details (name, price, SKU, URL, category, stock, quantity, selected variation, and more).
  • Build WhatsApp, email, Telegram, Messenger, or custom-URL messages using placeholders such as {product_name}, {product_price}, and {product_sku}.
  • Reusable message templates with a live preview. Compatible with WooCommerce High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS).

Live admin preview

Everything updates in a desktop/mobile live preview while you edit, so you can see changes before you publish.

Main features:

  • Sticky side, top, or mobile bottom contact elements.
  • Built-in AJAX contact form with custom fields, or an optional Contact Form 7 panel.
  • Over 100 chat, social, commerce, and payment channels with brand colours and local icons.
  • WhatsApp, chat, social, call, email, QR, and custom link items.
  • Hover/tap panels for details and QR codes.
  • Visitor targeting: device, page, schedule, traffic source, country, and smart rules.
  • Built-in click analytics with breakdowns, charts, and CSV/JSON export.
  • WooCommerce Smart Product Inquiry with placeholder-based message templates.
  • Live desktop/mobile preview in the WordPress admin.
  • No third-party tracking and no required external service dependency.

Privacy

TograStickyElements does not send plugin data to TograStickyElements or any other third-party server.

When the built-in contact form is enabled, submitted form fields can be saved in the WordPress database and/or emailed to the configured recipient address, depending on the site administrator’s settings. If the optional IP Log extra field is added by the site administrator, the visitor IP address is included with that form submission. File upload fields, when configured, are attached to the notification email and are not stored permanently by this plugin.

To prevent form spam, the plugin briefly stores a one-way hash of the submitting visitor’s IP address in a WordPress transient. The hash is only used to count recent submissions, cannot be reversed to an IP address, and expires automatically after a few minutes.

The plugin can optionally call an existing Google Analytics gtag function already present on the site when the administrator enables Google Analytics Events. The plugin does not load Google Analytics itself.

The built-in click analytics feature (when enabled) records aggregated interaction data locally in a custom database table on your own site: the clicked button type and label, the visitor’s device type and browser, an approximate country (derived from request headers such as the hosting/CDN GeoIP header — no IP address is stored), and the page and referring URLs. This data is stored only on your server, is never sent to any third party, and is removed when the plugin is uninstalled.

Site administrators can disable country recording and clear stored analytics at any time from the Analytics screen.

The WooCommerce product inquiry feature reads product information on the product page to compose an inquiry message (for example a WhatsApp or email link). It does not store visitor or order data; the message is opened in the visitor’s chosen app or email client.

Third-party resources

This plugin includes Font Awesome Free font files ( fa-solid-900, fa-regular-400, and fa-brands-400 ) for local icon rendering. 1, and MIT depending on asset type. com/license/free.

The fonts are served from your own site. This plugin does not load Font Awesome, Google Fonts, or any other asset from an external CDN, and makes no outbound HTTP requests.

For developers

The plugin exposes hooks so an add-on can extend it without editing this plugin:

  • tograstickyelements_options (filter) – the resolved settings for this request.
  • tograstickyelements_display_allowed (filter) – whether the bar may show, after the built-in display rules have run.
  • tograstickyelements_channels (filter) – the channel catalogue, so new item types can be registered.
  • tograstickyelements_item_link (filter) – the URL an item points at.
  • tograstickyelements_admin_pages (filter) – the plugin’s admin screens.
  • tograstickyelements_before_render / tograstickyelements_after_render (actions) – around the sticky bar markup.
  • tograstickyelements_lead_submitted (action) – after a contact submission is stored and/or mailed, for CRM and mailing-list integrations.
  • tograstickyelements_hide_foreign_admin_notices (filter) – return false to keep other plugins’ notices on this plugin’s screens.
  • tograstickyelements_owned_screens (filter) – add an add-on’s admin screen hook suffix so it gets this plugin’s admin styles and the same quiet treatment of other plugins’ notices.
  • tograstickyelements_submission_rate_limit / tograstickyelements_submission_rate_window (filters) – contact form throttling.
  • tograstickyelements_pro_feature (filter) – passed a feature name; return true to switch on one of this plugin’s optional features. Nothing in this plugin returns true on its own.
  • tograstickyelements_settings_saved (action) – after the settings screen has been stored, passed the tab that was saved. The screen is a single form, so an add-on printing fields on it reads them here; a form inside a form is dropped by the browser along with its save button.
  • tograstickyelements_after_woocommerce_settings / tograstickyelements_after_analytics (actions) – under those two screens, so an add-on’s related settings sit where somebody is already looking rather than on a screen of their own.

It also exposes a small read-only API on Tograstickyelements_Plugin for add-ons:

  • Tograstickyelements_Plugin::normalize( $options ) – normalize a settings array into the exact shape the renderer expects.
  • Tograstickyelements_Plugin::instance()->channels() – the channel catalogue, after the filter above.
  • Tograstickyelements_Plugin::instance()->can_display( $options ) – run the page, schedule, traffic-source and smart rules held in a settings array.
