Privacy controls
Customer Insights includes controls intended to help store owners manage how visitor and recovery information is handled.
Recovery email open tracking is optional and disabled by default.
Privacy and data protection requirements vary by website, jurisdiction and configuration. Installing Customer Insights does not by itself make a website compliant with GDPR or other privacy regulations.
Site owners remain responsible for configuring their website, privacy notices, consent mechanisms and data handling appropriately.

Customer Insights Pro is a separate plugin for stores that want additional journey insights, reporting and store intelligence.
