Repository metrics are context, not quality scores. Active installations measure adoption and can strongly reflect a plugin’s age and historical popularity. Ratings, recent updates and “Tested up to” metadata also do not guarantee modern code, error-free operation, security, feature completeness or suitability for a particular site. Why active installs don’t tell the whole story →
WP PlugIndex currently records TranSafe Payments for WooCommerce version 2.0.2 as active, updated 1y ago and tested up to WordPress 6.7.
Overview
About this plugin
The TranSafe Payments plugin extends the functionality of WooCommerce, allowing your online store to accept credit card payments from all major credit card brands. Payment fields on your store’s checkout page are generated in a secure iframe hosted by the TranSafe Gateway, so sensitive data such as credit card numbers are never entered into your site’s front end or sent through your site’s servers.
The appearance of the secure payment fields is fully customizable with CSS, so they can blend in seamlessly with the look and feel of your checkout process.
