Repository metrics are context, not quality scores. Active installations measure adoption and can strongly reflect a plugin’s age and historical popularity. Ratings, recent updates and “Tested up to” metadata also do not guarantee modern code, error-free operation, security, feature completeness or suitability for a particular site. Why active installs don’t tell the whole story →
WP PlugIndex currently records VibeInbox for Elementor version 0.2.1 as active, updated 22d ago and tested up to WordPress 7.1.
Overview
About this plugin
VibeInbox for Elementor connects your Elementor Pro forms to VibeInbox, an email marketing service. Every submission becomes a signup in the VibeInbox form you choose: the contact joins that form’s lists and receives its welcome email.
No code, no URLs to copy. Add “VibeInbox” under the form’s Actions After Submit and pick the VibeInbox form from a list.
Field mapping in each field. Email and phone are found by field type. For the name, choose “Full name” (or “First name” / “Last name”) in the field’s “VibeInbox field” setting.
Consent stays honest. If the form has a consent checkbox (an Acceptance field), it decides: signups who leave it unticked are saved without marketing consent. A form without a consent checkbox counts every signup as consent — say so on the form.
A visitor’s signup never fails because of us. If VibeInbox does not answer, the visitor still sees the form’s success message; the failure is recorded on the settings page. Keep Elementor’s “Collect Submissions” action on, and the signup is also kept in WordPress.
Every form on your site in one list. Settings → VibeInbox lists every Elementor form in pages, posts, popups and templates, shows which ones send to VibeInbox and what else they still do, with a link to edit each one.
Requirements
Elementor Pro 3.5 or newer (the Form widget is part of Elementor Pro).
A VibeInbox account and an API key (VibeControl → API).
External services
M Computing Services Ltd (Israel). It sends data only as described here.
When a visitor submits a form that has the “VibeInbox” action: the form’s fields as the visitor filled them (for example name, email, phone, consent checkbox and any other fields), the form’s ID and name, the page address, the visitor’s browser identifier (user agent) and IP address are sent to https://www.vibecontrol.co.il/api/forms/<form>/elementor, the VibeInbox form you chose. Fields set to “Don’t send” are not sent.
When you open the plugin’s settings page or the Elementor editor: the plugin asks https://api.vibeinbox.app/api/v1/forms for the list of your VibeInbox forms, sending your API key. No visitor data is sent in this request.
Nothing is sent when no VibeInbox action is set on a form.
