About this plugin
Vitrinou turns your WordPress site into a simple showcase for products and/or services, without needing a full online store. Visitors browse the catalog, search and filter by category, and send a quote request — which reaches you by WhatsApp and/or email, and is also saved in your site’s admin panel.
It is built for businesses that quote before selling: workshops, service providers, distributors, print shops, and anyone whose prices depend on the job.
Features
- Two separate content types: Products and Services, each with its own categories.
- Unlimited categories for each type.
- Simple admin screens for adding items, so you do not have to learn the standard WordPress editor.
- Shortcodes [vitrinou_produtos] and [vitrinou_servicos] display the catalog on any page, with search, category filtering, sorting and pagination.
- Quote request flow: the customer picks one or more items, fills in name/email/phone and sends it — the request opens WhatsApp with a ready-made message and/or arrives by email, and is also saved under “Quotes” in the admin panel.
- Quotes screen with a Novo / Respondido status you can toggle, so nothing is lost if an email fails to send.
- Customizable main color for the catalog, with a live preview. The hover shade is derived from it automatically.
- A dashboard with counts of products, services and quotes, plus a built-in manual explaining every screen.
- Option to lock the catalog’s language independently of the site’s general WordPress language.
- Sample products and services created on first activation, so you can see the catalog working immediately.
External services
This plugin does not send your data to any external service. me/ link that opens in the visitor’s browser only when they click it; no request is made by the plugin itself and no data is transmitted in the background.
Extending the plugin
Every screen and template exposes actions and filters ( vitrinou_carregado, vitrinou_campos_item, vitrinou_salvar_item, vitrinou_imagens_item, vitrinou_query_catalogo, vitrinou_css_variaveis, among others), so other plugins can add fields, filters and screens without modifying this one.
