Your trade customers don’t shop — they restock. Volant B2B Manager gives WooCommerce stores that sell to businesses the tools those buyers actually use, built as independent modules that switch on as your trade side grows.
🧰 BOM Builder — parts lists your buyers reorder from
Every buyer gets a personal, named parts list (“Workshop restock”, “Line 3 spares”) with:
- Live product search with images, variation pickers, and stock badges
- One-click add-to-cart — the whole list goes into the cart in one action
- Smart conflict handling — stock limits, sold-individually rules, and items already in the cart are resolved cleanly, never silently dropped
- Quantities and running totals that persist between visits
Buyers can keep as many lists as they need — there are no plan limits.
🔁 Orders Page — order history that works
A styled, fast order-history page via one shortcode:
- One-click reorder of any previous order
- The same conflict handling as the builder — no duplicate lines, no oversells
- Pagination, totals, and status badges that match your brand color
👥 Customer Roles — build wholesale tiers, no extra plugin
A built-in Role Manager under Volant B2B Manager → Roles.
- Create roles like “Wholesale” or “VIP Distributor” in one click — each is a safe permissions clone of a WooCommerce customer, never anything more
- Rename freely — the slug your rules key on stays stable
- Delete safely — members are migrated to a role you choose first; nobody is ever left role-less
- See who holds each role — expandable member panels with direct profile links
- Bulk assigner — search customers by name or email, tick any number, assign a tier in one action. Your own account and anyone who can edit content never even appear in the results, by design
- Uninstalling the plugin cleans up after itself: members move back to Customer and the roles are removed
Create as many roles as your pricing needs — there is no limit.
🏠 Role Homepages & Login Redirect
Show a different front page per customer role — swapped before the page query runs, so caching plugins and themes behave. Send buyers to their own homepage after login.
🔒 Privacy & data
- No tracking, no telemetry, no accounts. The one optional exception: the deactivation screen offers a feedback form that sends your answer to volantsoftware.com only if you tick consent and press send
- Data cleanup on uninstall is strictly opt-in (with the role cleanup described above)

This plugin sends one optional request to an external service, and nothing else.
Deactivation feedback (optional, opt-in). When you deactivate the plugin, a feedback form appears. com.
Your email address and your site URL are included only if you tick the consent box. Pressing “Skip & Deactivate” (or closing the form) sends nothing. The form itself can be disabled with the volant_b2b_manager_deactivation_feedback_enabled filter.
