Webtech Beach Reservation Manager Lite gives beach club operators a complete booking system built natively on WordPress. Core features: Spot management — define sectors, rows and spot types (umbrella, gazebo, cabin, bungalow); activate or deactivate individual spots at any time. Availability management — visual calendar showing free/occupied days per spot; day-by-day detail with occupancy counters. Online booking form — frontend shortcodes let visitors search available spots, choose dates, fill in their details and confirm a reservation. Double-booking protection is enforced at the database level with unique constraints. Manual bookings — create reservations directly from the admin panel for phone or walk-in customers; spot search and automatic rate lookup included. Basic rates — configure seasonal rates (daily, weekly, fortnightly, monthly) per spot type; daily overrides for peak dates. Customer management — automatic customer record creation on booking; searchable customer list with booking history. Payment method settings — choose between pay on arrival (in person) and bank transfer (bonifico), or enable both. Bank transfer details (IBAN, account holder, reference prefix) appear automatically in the confirmation email. If no method is selected, a generic payment message is shown. Email notifications — confirmation email to the customer (with payment instructions) and notification email to the administrator on every new booking; configurable from Settings. Operations map — daily visual overview of occupied and free spots using the beach plan; one-click check-in and check-out. Admin dashboard — quick counters, occupancy summary and monthly revenue chart, plus contextual notifications for new online bookings received while operators work in the plugin dashboard. Basic reports — booking counts by status, by month, by year; recent bookings list. Beach plan — drag-and-drop grid editor to draw the physical layout of the beach; used by the operations map and the frontend map view. Cancellation policy — configurable free-cancellation window with optional penalty (first day or full stay); customers can cancel online within the allowed period. Privacy tools — integrates with WordPress personal data export and erasure tools and provides configurable data-retention controls. Double-booking protection — atomic database transactions and a dedicated occupancy index prevent the same spot from being booked twice for the same dates. Uninstall — optional data cleanup on plugin removal; configurable from Settings. Extensible architecture: The plugin exposes action and filter hooks so a future Pro add-on can extend it without modifying core files.
