wp_list_sub_pages will list only pages within the same category (top-level parent) as the current page.
Repository metrics are context, not quality scores. Active installations measure adoption and can strongly reflect a plugin’s age and historical popularity. WP PlugIndex currently records wp_list_sub_pages version 0.1 as active, updated 17y ago and tested up to WordPress 2.7.
This WordPress plugin is oly one function. It takes exactly the same parameters as wp_list_pages, except for child_of, which is used internally.
When called on in template file, it will list:
* on the homepage of the blog, every page and subpage (default, this can be overriden by parameters)
* on every other page, only the pages with the same top-parent (parent of level 1)
Not yet marked as tested with WordPress 7.1. WordPress.org currently lists Tested up to 2.7.
“Tested up to” is directory metadata supplied by the plugin author. WP PlugIndex does not turn an older declaration into a claim that the plugin is incompatible.
