WP PlugIndex currently records WP Simple Forms version 0.1.4 as active, updated 13y ago and tested up to WordPress 3.4.
WP Simple Forms is a hybrid between the Custom Contact Forms plugin already on WordPress and Google forms. The backend interface is very similar to the interface you see on Google forms, allowing you to easily create text, multiple choice, check box questions, textareas, and drop down menus. Questions can also be marked as required.
Not yet marked as tested with WordPress 7.1. WordPress.org currently lists Tested up to 3.4.
“Tested up to” is directory metadata supplied by the plugin author. WP PlugIndex does not turn an older declaration into a claim that the plugin is incompatible.
