Repository metrics are context, not quality scores. Active installations measure adoption and can strongly reflect a plugin’s age and historical popularity. Ratings, recent updates and “Tested up to” metadata also do not guarantee modern code, error-free operation, security, feature completeness or suitability for a particular site. Why active installs don’t tell the whole story →
WP PlugIndex currently records yuiami.jp Hidden Blocks version 1.0.1 as active, updated 23d ago and tested up to WordPress 7.1.
Overview
About this plugin
jp Hidden Blocks adds a simple visibility schedule to every block. Pick a start date, an end date, or both, and the block is shown only inside that window. Outside the window, the block’s HTML is not rendered at all.
Built to stay simple:
No settings screen. Install it and every block gets a “Visibility schedule” panel.
Two fields per block: “Show from” and “Show until”. That’s it.
Works with every block — core, third-party, and nested blocks.
Output is removed server-side, so hidden content never leaks into HTML, feeds, or search engines.
Scheduled blocks are marked in the editor with a dashed outline and a clock icon. Blocks that are currently hidden on the front end are dimmed instead, with a grey outline and a hidden icon.
A button in the block toolbar opens the schedule, so it is always one click away.
Times follow your site’s timezone setting.
No settings, no database tables. Nothing is left behind on uninstall.

“Tested up to” is directory metadata supplied by the plugin author. WP PlugIndex does not turn an older declaration into a claim that the plugin is incompatible.
