Configuration
Bubble Chat
Go to Settings > Agentivo Chatbots.
Enter your Bubble Chat ID.
Save changes.
The chat bubble will appear automatically across your site.
Inline Chat
Go to Settings > Agentivo Chatbots.
Enter your Inline Chat ID.
Configure Width and Height (default: 100% width, 600px height).
Save changes.
Insert the Agentivo Chat block in the Block Editor or use the shortcode.
Shortcode Options
The [agentivo_chat] shortcode supports optional attributes:
id – Override the configured inline chat ID.
width – Set a custom width.
height – Set a custom height.
Example:
[agentivo_chat width=”800px” height=”500px”]
