Configuration
After activation, you need to connect the plugin to your specific Nviti Chat Widget using your unique Widget Key.
Step 1: Get Your Widget Key
- Log in to your Nviti Dashboard.
- Go to the Chat Widgets section.
- Click on the Embed Code button (or icon) for the widget you want to use.
- Locate the Widget Key field (usually below the main script code).
- Click the Copy button to copy the key to your clipboard (e.g., widget_b30e056f2640a997382cd0c0e3fe3180 ).
Step 2: Enter Key in WordPress
- In your WordPress Dashboard, go to Settings > Nviti Chat Widget.
- You will see the Nviti Chat Widget Configuration screen.
- Paste your copied key into the Widget Key field.
- Click Save Settings.
