About this plugin
Live chat and AI support in one inbox. Clijet connects your WordPress and WooCommerce store to Clijet, a hosted live chat and AI-native support workspace, so every shopper conversation, order and cart lives in one place.
Live chat and AI support in one inbox
- Talk to shoppers in real time and let the AI agent answer instantly when you are away
- One shared inbox for live chat, AI replies and email, with team assignments
- The AI agent answers from your real orders, products and help articles and cites its sources
- You set the hand-off rules, so the AI passes the conversation to a human exactly when you want
Sell more from the conversation
- Recommend the right product in the chat and let shoppers add it to the cart without leaving the conversation
- Proactive AI opens the chat on add to cart, for returning visitors or on an abandoned form
- Gutenberg and WooCommerce blocks for frequently bought together, add-ons, collections and cart upsell
- Place those widgets by page URL plus CSS id or class, or by exact on-page text (before or after)
Know your customer
- When WooCommerce is active, products, orders, customers and the live cart sync to your Clijet workspace, so agents see order history and what is in the cart right now
- Help center articles published once for customers in every language
